To receive your Vacation Voucher, please submit the required $50 registration fee below. This fee is required by all Reservation Centers as a processing fee & is not refundable. You will receive a Reservation email within 24-48 hours (or sooner), & may request your travel dates. You may request travel dates, extend your stay, and other details if you like once your voucher is redeemed. Be advised resort taxes & fees are due when finalizing reservation of approx $199pp. Fees may vary depending on travel details such as season, time of booking, etc.

CAN I SEE A LIST OF RESORTS BEFORE I REDEEM?
Some names are Wyndham, Breezes, Allegro, Oasis, just to name a few. All resorts offered are 3-5 star. These offers are extremely popular, and operate on a first come, first served basis. Reservation Centers will provide a list of available resorts when guests name their dates. Once you redeem your voucher, your Reservation Center will email your reservation form where you can request your travel details.

How are you able to offer these deals? There's nothing Resorts like more than full rooms! Except for major events or holidays, that almost never happens. Resorts can't make any money by hanging on to empty rooms, so they contract with wholesalers like us, to keep them full! Hotels, cruise lines, travel companies, restaurants, and other establishments all desire more customers, and they allow us to offer their products and services for extreme discounts so that new customers see what they have to offer. For example, even if a hotel gives a room away practically free, they know guests are likely to stay longer, eat in their restaurants, spend money at their in-house shops and casinos, and take advantage of their amenities like spas, room service, etc. After you leave, statistically it's likely that you'll return, having had a great time and building great memories.
What types of Hotels & Resorts are offered? All of our Resort offers are 3-5 star rated. Some resorts allow 2, 4, or more guests. The offer is based on availability, so the resort the person receives depends upon which resort is available for the travel dates chosen. Reservation centers try to meet specific hotel requests when possible.
What if I don't like the hotels offered? It's pretty rare that customers aren't happy with the resorts we've been offering for the past 10 years, but if you find you'd prefer other options, just ask your assigned reservation center! They can get you a new list based on your needs. If you decide not to use the voucher for your upcoming trip, you can hang onto it & use it at a later date with no hassle!
Do I have to book 60 days in advance? No way! Our easy booking system puts the customer first - which means all booking happens online, with prompt customer care. This means no mailing checks, or waiting for the UPS guy. Guests can book anytime!
When do I pay the hotel or resort fees? Guests do not submit any hotel or resort (or cruise) fees until they have happily decided on an available hotel offered and would like to finalize their reservation. Guests can finalize reservations same day, or months later, depending on their needs.
Why do some reservation forms request credit card info? Because our offers are subject to availability, and are very popular, rooms can sell out quickly. By having the information needed to confirm a reservation in advance, it helps to prevent the loss of a great deal & available room when a customer is ready to book! The reservation centers process hundreds of orders every day, and by the time a customer replies back to confirm their hotel choice, they may not have their personal info handy, or may not have their phone on, or any number of other delaying factors. For this reason, the reservation center may request the info up front, but please be assured, nothing is charged without express customer approval of all travel details, and all information is kept secure. All personal information is handled securely & disposed of securely, there is no storing of personal information at any time.

Can I use vouchers back to back to make my stay longer? Yes! All our vouchers can be used in combination with each other so you receive the maximum savings! You can use two vouchers to make your stay longer, or use them for 2 separate rooms on the same date!
Can I bring children or additional guests? Of course! We can usually accommodate children or additional travelers for no charge if they stay in the same room. Occasionally, this may mean an upgraded room style is required and a surcharge may apply, but this is rare.
What about large groups or events? Group travel is fine. We book large parties all the time for weddings, company events & more.
When will my voucher expire? Vouchers expire 12 months after you redeem it. If you need to extend the life of your voucher, you'll need to do so with your assigned reservation center for a small fee.
What are the fees associated with using these? There are no "surprise" fees, everything is disclosed upfront! Retail prices are just too high nowadays, and even booking online doesn't offer the same great deals it used to. Using wholesalers like us can save a lot! Customers will only be asked to pay a non refundable processing fee of $50. This fee goes to the reservation & travel centers for their booking services, and includes the shipment of any materials such as brochures or packets if applicable. After choosing a resort that works for you, fees of approximately $199pp will be due to confirm your trip. Remember these fees include accommodations, all food, all drinks, alcohol, entertainment, & MUCH more, for 4 days! Fees may vary, depending on your travel details.
What is the process to redeem these? Each certificate can easily be redeemed online by using the voucher ID code given to them upon purchase. Simply enter your name & address information into the site, along with any reservation fee if applicable, & submit your information online. Guests will receive their reservation form via email within 24-48 business hours. Guests can easily request dates, locations, extend their stay, and arrange other details for their trip by using our reservation form sent via email!
Do guests have to attend a timeshare sales presentation to receive the vacation offers? NO! A timeshare presentation is not required by ANY of our participants at any time, ever. Some hotels may seasonally offer a timeshare pitch in exchange for upgrading their vacation or another reward, but those are 100% optional for the guests to decide, not mandatory at any time.
Can I find out what dates are available now? Reservations are handled on a first come, first serve basis. Because availability is virtually guaranteed due to our extensive network of hotels, there is no need to worry that your dates won't be available. The best next step to take is to get your voucher & redeem it! Your reservation center will email your reservation form where you can enter your dates, and find out which hotels are available to meet your needs!
